My son and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner of greens, avocado, dehydrated tomatoes, carmelized onion crisps, raw pistachios, purple scallions, dates and dill all topped with my favorite dressing:
1 lemon, juice
3 garlic cloves
¾c olive oil
2Tbls nama shoyu (soy sauce)
1 ginger, chunk
1Tbls white miso OR raw tahini
Mix in Vitamix or Magic Bullet until yellow and creamy.
YUM. So healthy, so filling, so EASY and SO good. Just thought I would share!
