Juicing is a great way to get your veggies and stay hydrated when you're pregnant. Smoothies are for fiber and calories; juicing is for hydration and vitamins.

GREEN JUICE:
- Parsley
- Celery
- Cucumber - lots
- Kale OR Romaine
- Spinach
- garnish: chia seeds
Juice all Ingredients in Juicer. If you don't have a juicer, GO BUY ONE! It's worth it.
FOR SWEET AND SPICY ADD:
- Apple
- Lemon
- Ginger
This drink is my absolute favorite. It's spicy, tangy and really refreshing.
Don't add too much spinach. Just a little. The parsley is key.
For a real sweet treat, leave out the greens (your kids will LOVE it).
