Sprouted Vegan Protein Powder = Awesome

Of course I'm in love with yet ANOTHER healthforce.com product. This time it's protein powder? They call it Warrior Food and beyond its wonderful high natural protein content it's also "homeopathic, magnetic and vibrational"! They say "NO WHEY {haha, get it?} to high uric acid forming, kidney damaging animal products". I like their brave use of claims. Honestly, I do!

Made with sprouted, raw hemp and brown rice protein, it's easy to digest and gluten, animal-product free.

They also say that Warrior Food "enhances your physical appearance and your performance, without sacrificing your health...or your ethics."

    {And by the way, I made an awesome smoothie with it the other day. Vanilla flavor might be better, but it was $6 more at the store where I bought it, so I passed! And why, may I ask, is the design so strange for all the healthforce products?}

What a brilliant idea from my favorite raw supplement company {well, with the exception of Eidon, but they are minerals only, not green food and herbs}. Now I'm all good-to-go for my smoothie supplements and my kids will be totally set.

    HOORAY!

funny enough, i have been on the hunt for a good protein power without the "whey"...
you must have read my mind.
gonna place an order here at healthforce this week but i got to be honest - the fact the sexy jason mraz is one of their biggest fans just may have something to do with it.
      thanks a million

I love that you pointed out the eccentric and strange design of their products!...I thought it was just me. I kind of giggled when I first saw them. I most likely would have discredited the company if you had not spoken so highly of them. I love your blog by the way....it is very helpful and well written.

Protein powder from many sources such as meat or vegan protein powder, you must know that all natural protein powder can be your best option. In this powder, is that no cholesterol and fat meats and cheeses, many of them. Instead, your body receives the purest form of protein that can be used to stay healthy. Note that this is not often considered a super food powder, but has some of the ideas behind them. Typically, these powders are more protein to the system and too few vitamins and minerals mixed.

Passion fruit water is yet another youth serum. As passion fruit is full of vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, and minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and folate. These help your kidneys, nerves, muscles, and heart rhythm in big ways.
Your body uses Vitamins C to make blood vessels, cartilage, muscles, and collagen, which keeps skin looking young. It also helps your body heal, lowers inflammation, and protects your cells from damage. When you get enough vitamin C, it lowers your chances of getting colds and certain types of cancers. Vit A is great for eyes, immunity, and cells.
Note: did you know Passion Fruit is actually a berry? The biggest berry you’ll find.

If you’re not ready for change, you’re not rea
If you’re not ready for change, you’re not ready for change. And that’s perfectly ok.
Making healthy choices isn’t hard work. You “have time” to choose an apple over a bag of chips. Let’s be real here; you just DON’T WANT TO. And that alone is totally ok!!
Let’s not shame others choices or pressure another to change. If somebody is not happy where they’re at, or they are sick, or in pain, only then will they start examining their current routines and habits. Anger is a great catalysts for change. It often pushes people out if their comfort zones and into action.
I often hear “I don’t have time to be healthy”. But what that really means is I don’t want to change or I’m afraid of change. And I’m not ready. Change is what they’re nervous about - not the amount of time it takes to chop up vegetables.
Be kind to yourself…but be honest.
Notice what you say you desire (weightloss or more energy) and then really examine your habits. Do you make the choices a “thin” person makes? Do you make the choices a rested high energy person needs to make? This might seem obvious but it’s actually not…so often we overlook this gap. We don’t see it and then we get mad at ourselves. Punish ourselves for “failing” over and over again.
Once you start paying attention to your actions and habits and line them up with your goals - that’s when the magic happens.
Yay or nay?
