Kimberlie is at it again!
1 C. Almonds (ground fine)
1 C. Coconut shreds (ground fine)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. clove
¼ tsp. ginger
½ C. agave or soaked dates (blended)
Stir dry ingredients together in large bowl, add agave or dates and
mix. Form into bundt cake shape and refrigerate.
1 C. soaked dates
½ C. cashews
Process in processor until smooth consistency is reached adding water
Frost the cake and sprinkle with coconut shreds. Awesome when served
with Vanilla Bean Tomberlies!
