I would love to make these dishes. They look so yummy. I can't find the recipe. Am I crazy? I am new to raw cooking...I could probably figure it out by the picture if wasn't so new. (corn soup looks like corn, coconut milk and cashew...the ratio? pesto looks like basil, garlic, pine nuts, mint...what is the yellow powder in the blender?) Thanks for more info.
While I am here I just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last Wednesday. Any favorite healthy, healing meals for me and my baby to try.
I have really enjoyed your recipes and have tried them with my 3 year old. Raw foods is a whole new world. I have been buying an ingredient at a time...they are pricey for our budget right now. Also I don't have a dehydrator but am putting away and watching Craigslist. (Are the less expensive $50.00 dehydrators a waste of money?) I am still breastfeeding my 3 year old and breastfeeding my newborn.
Also, my family is not really into natural foods, it is so hard because they all want to take her to McDonald's, let her have sips of coke, a piece of yucky candy. I let my daughter eat treats, but always an alternative healthy option from the health food store. What do you do in social situations where they are eating something that you don't approve of. Example at her ballet class they passed out Dora fruit snacks, they were horrific colors and had hydrogenated oil and artificial colors and flavors...I really did not want her to eat them but was put in a situation because all the girls were eating them and she had already opened the package. I apologize if this is not the proper place to chat about these issues I just love your lifestyle am trying to incorporate it into mine and am finding people pushing unhealthy "treats" at every opportunity. Tiring. Especially since we moved from Encinitas to MISSOURI!!! Thanks for recipes and advice. Jahna
Ashley, Honestly, when I make dinner I never follow recipes and if I don't write every step down, then I forget. I didn't write this one down. But if you want, I can try and recreate it and then blog again about it. It was SO good.

First off Jahna,
I'm going to write you more - in an email - but for now, just a quick note:
Wordless Wednesday just is photos of stuff. NO words, hence no recipes.
Sorry!!! 😉 At least you're not crazy.
