Air Fried Potatoes with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce

Jump to Recipe - Print Recipe

Are you ready for my mind-blowing Air Fried Potatoes recipe with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce? They are crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly salty. Comfort food at its finest. And then dipping them in spicy mayo - that's over the top delicious!

Truth be told, I bought an air fryer about 2 years ago and ended up returning it. For some reason, I didn’t like it at all. I truly can’t remember what about it that I didn’t like, but it just didn’t work well for me and it felt “toxic” for some reason.

I think the issue was the one I bought was cheaply made. I needed to buy a better one. This time I spent $100 on the Ninja. I highly recommend it. Not only does it air fry but it dehydrates as well. SOLD! It's perfect for making my macadamia nut cheese crumbles. (you can watch me make them on IGTV as well).

What you will need for this Air Fried Potatoes.

    • Air fryer - this is the one I bought
    • Chopping Knife
    • Cutting Board
    • 1.5 lbs small “2 bite” potatoes
    • 2 cloves raw garlic or 2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • sea salt, to taste
    • Vegan Mayo
    • Sriracha sauce (or something similar)
    • optional: handful of fresh herbs

I don’t know about you but I feel like, at dinner time, I’m doing much more than peacefully making dinner. I’m either helping one child find his baseball gear, another son finish their homework, meanwhile listening to my daughter's stories about school, all while trying to stir fry veggies hoping I don’t burn the house down. I guess I’m not the best multitasker in the world?! But I have a feeling I'm not alone.

So for this reason, the air fryer is wonderful. It has a timer setting and when the time is done the whole thing shuts off! So no burning the house down! It’s perfect for school nights.

The air fryer is also healthier because no oils are necessary to cook your veggies. But I usually add a little olive oil.

These Air Fried Potatoes turned out wonderful. My favorite part though? The sauce. Sriracha mayo sauce is the most simple sauce to make and all my kids unanimously ask for it, every time. All you do is simply mix sriracha and mayo. We tend to like it more on the hot side than the mayo side. But you can choose your favorite ratio.

Avocado and fresh herbs from my garden made this recipe come alive, as you can see from the photo.

Instead of making the mayo yourself, you could also just buy the orange colored "Sriracha Mayoo" which is already a vegan mayo spread 😉

Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the web the easiest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries that they just don't know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

Passion fruit water is yet another youth serum. As passion fruit is full of vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, and minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and folate. These help your kidneys, nerves, muscles, and heart rhythm in big ways.
Your body uses Vitamins C to make blood vessels, cartilage, muscles, and collagen, which keeps skin looking young. It also helps your body heal, lowers inflammation, and protects your cells from damage. When you get enough vitamin C, it lowers your chances of getting colds and certain types of cancers. Vit A is great for eyes, immunity, and cells.
Note: did you know Passion Fruit is actually a berry? The biggest berry you’ll find.

If you’re not ready for change, you’re not rea
If you’re not ready for change, you’re not ready for change. And that’s perfectly ok.
Making healthy choices isn’t hard work. You “have time” to choose an apple over a bag of chips. Let’s be real here; you just DON’T WANT TO. And that alone is totally ok!!
Let’s not shame others choices or pressure another to change. If somebody is not happy where they’re at, or they are sick, or in pain, only then will they start examining their current routines and habits. Anger is a great catalysts for change. It often pushes people out if their comfort zones and into action.
I often hear “I don’t have time to be healthy”. But what that really means is I don’t want to change or I’m afraid of change. And I’m not ready. Change is what they’re nervous about - not the amount of time it takes to chop up vegetables.
Be kind to yourself…but be honest.
Notice what you say you desire (weightloss or more energy) and then really examine your habits. Do you make the choices a “thin” person makes? Do you make the choices a rested high energy person needs to make? This might seem obvious but it’s actually not…so often we overlook this gap. We don’t see it and then we get mad at ourselves. Punish ourselves for “failing” over and over again.
Once you start paying attention to your actions and habits and line them up with your goals - that’s when the magic happens.
Yay or nay?
