Pumpkin Spice Granola Recipe (Gluten-Free)
I like this Pumpkin Spice Baked Granola recipe because it can be sweet or more on the savory side. It's sweetened only with maple syrup.
- 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- optional: dried coconut and raisins after cooking
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except raisins. Mix well.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the granola mixture evenly over baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes, rotate the pan halfway, and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with Raisins, if desired. Let cool for 30 minutes before serving
