Pumpkin Spice Granola Recipe (Gluten-Free)

I like this Pumpkin Spice Baked Granola recipe because it can be sweet or more on the savory side. It's sweetened only with maple syrup.

  • 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • optional: dried coconut and raisins after cooking


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except raisins. Mix well.
  • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the granola mixture evenly over baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, rotate the pan halfway, and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with Raisins, if desired. Let cool for 30 minutes before serving
