Air Fried Potatoes with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce
These 2 bite potatoes are made quickly in the air fryer and served with a sriracha mayo sauce!
- 1.5 lbs small “2 bite” potatoes
- 2 cloves raw garlic or 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- avocado optional
For the sauce:
- ⅓ cup Vegan Mayo
- ¼ cup Sriracha sauce or something similar
- handful of fresh herbs optional
On a cutting board chop potatoes in half or thirds.
Coat in olive oil.
Sprinkle sea salt and garlic (powder or fresh). Mix evenly.
Put potatoes in the air fryer set to 390 degrees for 20 minutes.
For the dipping sauce. Mix vegan mayonnaise, sriracha and mix well.
Garnish potatoes with fresh herbs and avocado.
