MACADAMIA NUT CHEESE (raw vegan)
Crunchy raw vegan cheese nuggets. This is as healthy as it gets when it comes to cheese.
- 4 cups Raw macadamia nuts
- 1 cup Raw Cashew nuts
- 2 each Lemons juice only
- ¼-1/2 each white onion chopped
- 1 pinch Sea salt
In a food processor grind up all the above in ingredients until still chunky but fairly wet.
Spread it out in large dollops onto a dehydrator tray. Dehydrate overnight or until very crunchy. About 5 hours.
