Combine all in a cup. Mix well. Drink quickly. Do this once a day when you start to feel sick. This isn't prevention, it's to help with minor bacterial and viral illnesses.

It’s best to juice the ginger and turmeric in a juicer if you have one but if not, you can grate it and then push through a metal mesh strainer. I like adding liquid minerals as well.
