Peanut Butter Protein Balls

The perfect grab-and-go healthy snack. High in plant-based protein, fiber and the recipe is so easy to make. Smooth and creamy with crunchy puffed rice.

  • Food processor


  • 1 cup Organic peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 1.5 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1.5 Tbsp Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Raw Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 cup Crispy rice cereal


  • In a food processor at all of the above ingredients except the crispy rice cereal. Pulse until smooth.
  • Fold the cereal in by hand separately.
  • Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet or plate.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve cold. Store in air tight container for one week.
