Peanut Butter Protein Balls
The perfect grab-and-go healthy snack. High in plant-based protein, fiber and the recipe is so easy to make. Smooth and creamy with crunchy puffed rice.

- 1 cup Organic peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 1.5 tablespoon Coconut flour
- 1.5 Tbsp Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 2 tablespoon Raw Honey
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
- 1 cup Crispy rice cereal
In a food processor at all of the above ingredients except the crispy rice cereal. Pulse until smooth.
Fold the cereal in by hand separately.
Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet or plate.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve cold. Store in air tight container for one week.
