5 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Made from the simplest ingredients like coconut cream, vanilla bean, and chocolate chips this recipe is perfect for a sweet tooth craving. It's plant-based and made with healthy ingredients. Homemade vegan chocolate chips ice cream is totally guilt-free and a hit with the kids as well!
- 4 cups Coconut cream in a can (full fat)
- ¾ cup Sweetener (raw honey or agave nectar)
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla bean or vanilla bean paste
- ½ cup Non dairy chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
In a blender blend everything except chocolate chips.
Transfer to your ice cream maker bowl.
Run for 10 minutes then add the chocolate chips. Then keep running for another 20-25 minutes.
