Flaxseed Crackers - oil free and grain free

Crunchy, delicious, easy to make crackers that are oil free, grain free and gluten-free. Totally raw and vegan.

Equipment

  • 1 Dehydrator
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup raw flaxseed
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything into a bowl. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. This will create a gooey paste-like consistency.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on parchment paper (if you using the air fryer, you will have to layer) parchment paper and this might take longer to dehydrate.
  • Dehydrate for 2-3 hours in a dehydrator or in an airy fryer on dehydrate mode. Do not accidentally AIR FRY or roast them.

Notes

This recipe is made for a dehydrator. Do not try using your oven.
