SIMPLE GINGER MISO DRESSING

Great dressings make or break a plant-based meal. It's all in the sauce, trust me. This simple ginger miso dressing recipe is quick, delicious and heart healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves raw garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root, grated
  • ½ cup toasted sesame oil
  • cup mirin
  • 1 tablespoon light miso paste
  • ½ large lemon, juice only
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon agave nectar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • All all the ingredients into a blender or a bowl. Blend or whisk util everything is completely combined and creamy.
